NBC's "The Voice"

J.Pac Productions owner, Joe Paciotti just wrapped up a gig for NBC's "The Voice" where he assisted an NBC producer on over 300 individual auditions which took place at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

The Voice is an American reality television singing competition which broadcasts on NBC. Based on the original The Voice of Holland, the concept of the series is to find currently unsigned singing talent (solo or duets, professional & amateur) contested by aspiring singers, age 13 or over, drawn from public auditions. The winner is determined by television viewers voting by telephone, Internet, SMS text, and iTunes Store purchases of the audio-recorded artists' vocal performances. They receive US$100,000 and a record deal with Universal Music Group for winning.

Look out for Season 13 of NBC's "The Voice" airing September 2017!

Two Liberty Place Website Photo

Our new aerial photo of Two Liberty Place is now being featured on the official 2 Liberty Place website! The photo consists of a wide aerial 10mm shot of Two Liberty Place which was captured from the top floor of One Liberty Place.

Liberty Place is a skyscraper complex in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The complex is composed of a 61-story, 945-foot (288 m) skyscraper called One Liberty Place, a 58-story, 848-foot (258 m) skyscraper called Two Liberty Place, a two-story shopping mall called the Shops at Liberty Place, and the 14-story Westin Philadelphia Hotel. Prior to the construction of Liberty Place, there was a "gentlemen's agreement" not to build any structure in Center City higher than the statue of William Penn on top of Philadelphia City Hall. The tradition lasted until 1984 when developer Willard G. Rouse III of Rouse & Associates announced plans to build an office building complex that included two towers taller than City Hall. There was a great amount of opposition to the construction of the towers with critics believing breaking the height limit would lead to construction of many more tall skyscrapers, ruining the livability and charm of Center City. Despite the opposition, construction of One Liberty Place was approved and the first phase of the project began in 1985 and was completed in 1987. When One Liberty Place was completed, it was the tallest skyscraper in Philadelphia.
Phase 2 of the project included Two Liberty Place, a hotel, a shopping mall, and a parking garage. Construction began 1988 after Cigna agreed to lease the entirety of the skyscraper. Construction was completed in 1990, making Two Liberty Place the second-tallest building in the city. The two towers held their place as first and second tallest buildings in Philadelphia until the Comcast Center was topped off in 2007. Liberty Place was received enthusiastically by critics and led to the construction of other tall skyscrapers giving Philadelphia what architecture critic Paul Goldberger called "one of the most appealing skylines of any major American city".

"Carnival Eats" Season 4 Shoot at The Delaware State Fair!

On Wednesday, July 27, 2016, J.Pac Productions owner, Joe Paciotti, made his way out to the Delaware State Fair in Harrington, DE to assist production on Season 4 (EP's 4, 11, & 21) of "Carnival Eats" a US & Canadian television series about various eating establishments at carnivals in the United States & Canada. The series features host Noah Cappe as he travels to the many carnivals, state fairs and festivals to sample a variety of unique culinary creations available only at these aptly named "gastronomic freak shows". There's lots to do at a carnival: playing the games, riding the rides, delighting in the noise and the neon. But for some, the best part of a carnival is the food, some of it unique to that milieu. "Carnival Eats" targets the culinary creations linked to American fairgrounds. Calorie-loaded offerings include rattlesnake, frog legs, or okra -- all deep-fried -- and a decadent sundae of eight doughnuts topped with whipped cream, chocolate or caramel, and don't forget the cherry! Host Noah Cappe, a novice cook, tries his hand at making some of the items.

The on location production crew consisted of Host Noah Cappe, Director Spencer Ramsay, Field Producer Arthur Lee, DP Matt Braun, 2nd Camera Justin Williams, Camera Asst./DIT Brendan Moffit, Sound Scott Tremblay, Set PA's Joe Paciotti & Brian Bentz!

Look out for Season 4 of "Carnival Eats" airing on the Cooking Channel & Food Network Spring 2017!
