J.Pac Productions owner, Joe Paciotti, was recently hired by "Next Level Video" to work as a camera operator for a premier lacrosse event in Newtown Square, Pa called the "Boys Philly Showcase".
The Boys Philly Showcase, now in its sixth year, is widely considered to be North America's premier recruiting event. This was a two-part event that featured an individual player Showcase on Saturday and an elite high school and club team competition on Sunday. All players in the Saturday event are divided up and placed on teams coached by established coaches from some of the top high school programs in the area.
More than 300 of the country's elite players checked in Friday night, with another 150 participating in Showcase Lacrosse's position-based clinics led by Division I college coaches.
The coaches were:
Steve Boyle (Drexel/Attackmen),
Brad Ross (Ohio State/Midfielders)
Casey Brodersen (Bryant/Faceoffs)
Dana Wilber (Defense/Delaware)
Jud Hall (Colgate/Goalies)
Steve Boyle (Drexel/Attackmen)
Seven-time national champion coach Bill Tierney of Denver capped the evening with an enlightening look at the recruiting process.
